Anna offers intimate, hands-on classes designed to teach authentic Italian recipes while sharing the warmth and traditions of her Roman roots.

Class Details
Each class runs about 2.5–3 hour, with classes starting at $60 per person. Private or couple lessons are available by request, and group classes are best suited for 4–8 guests (minimum 3 guests for a group class). Groups of 8 or more may be eligible for a large group discount, and groups of 12+ cannot be accommodated. Classes are in-person only, for ages 16 and up.
Booking & Payment
Reservations are made through the request form. Once submitted, Anna will confirm by email and provide deposit instructions within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours (via Zelle only), and bookings must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Dates are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for cooking classes made more than 72 hours in advance are fully refundable. Within 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules require at least 7 days’ notice.
Travel Fees
Classes within 30 miles include no travel charge. For locations beyond, travel fees apply: $25 flat fee within New Jersey and $50 for NYC or Philadelphia (subject to change, please inquire).

Allergies and dietary restrictions are welcomed, provided they are disclosed at booking so I can plan accordingly.
Photography & Media
Guests are welcome to take photos or videos during the class. Anna may also capture photos for her website or social media, unless you request otherwise before the class begins.
What’s Included
Anna provides all ingredients, printed or digital recipe cards, any specialty tools (like a pasta machine), and aprons for class use.
What the Guest Provides
A clean kitchen with stove, oven, and counter space, along with basic tools (pots, pans, knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons), plus plates and utensils for serving. Guests should wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing.
