Policies
1. Liability & Insurance
Event Liability: The Client acknowledges and agrees that Anna Maria Taddei, operating under La Lupa di Roma LLC, shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring at the event venue, including but not limited to incidents involving guests, attendees, or third parties.
Food Liability: While Anna takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safe food preparation, the Client agrees that Anna shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, illness, or adverse effects arising from the consumption of food unless all dietary restrictions and allergies are fully and accurately disclosed at the time of booking.
Insurance: Anna maintains general liability insurance coverage; however, such coverage shall not extend to any claims arising from the Client’s or venue’s negligence (in process of inquiring for insurance).
2. Food Safety & Health Compliance
Anna represents that all food is prepared in compliance with applicable New Jersey health and safety regulations and standard food handling practices. Once food is delivered or served, Anna shall bear no responsibility for storage, handling, or consumption errors by the Client, attendees, or any third party.
3. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
Anna shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications to services arising from events beyond her reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, power outages, accidents, or venue-related issues.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
The Client agrees to adhere to the agreed-upon deposit and payment schedule, as well as the cancellation and rescheduling policies associated with the selected service. Failure to submit payment as scheduled may result in automatic cancellation of the event and forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Intellectual Property / Media
The Client acknowledges that Anna retains the right to photograph or record the event for promotional purposes, including marketing, website, and social media, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
6. Contract / Written Agreement
All catering services shall be confirmed in writing via email or formal agreement, detailing services provided, deposit and payment schedule, cancellation policy, maximum guest count, dietary accommodations, and travel fees. Such agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Anna and the Client.
7. Venue & Access
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue provides safe and legal access for the preparation, delivery, and service of food, including functional kitchen facilities, electricity, tables, chairs, and any other necessary equipment.
8. Privacy Policy and Taxes
Privacy: All personal information collected in connection with catering inquiries will be maintained confidentially.
Taxes & Fees: Applicable sales taxes, service fees, or other governmental charges, if any, shall be the responsibility of the Client and included in the final quote.
